The Resus Tool now includes infusion rates for dopamine, epinephrine (adrenaline in the UK version), dobutamine, albuterol (salbutamol in the UK version),terbutaline and prostaglandins using standard concentrations, as required byJACHO. Calculating infusion rates at the bedside is always complex and error-prone and PEMSoft now simplifies this difficult process for clinicians in the ED and intensive care areas of the hospital managing critically ill infants and children.
