PEMSoft is divided into 43 major Sections, like a conventional textbook, that are displayed on the Home Page. Sections have many Topics or individual “chapters”. Each main Topic page has a right margin with a graphics button that takes the user into the image collection, "pop up" SubTopic” buttons that contain more supportive information about the Topic, as well as a References button and suggestions for related Topics (“See Also” button). Many Topics could fit in more than one Section Editor e.g., "Cystic Fibrosis", and do appear in multiple Sections on the Home Page.
